When an auction fits

Auctions suit properties that are hard to price, estates that need a firm date, and sellers who want competition instead of a long negotiation.

Before you submit

  • You must own the property or be authorised to sell it.
  • An absolute auction (no reserve) sells to the highest bid; a reserve protects your floor price.

Auction licensing details will be published here before the first auction opens.
